Delivery and Returns

You should receive your delivery within 3-5 working days of placing you order. All dates quoted are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change. Your order can be delivered to an alternative address to you billing address, for example as a gift for someone else or allow you to take delivery at your work address. Please note that we generally use Royal Mail and UK Mail couriers who normally deliver between 9am and 5pm on weekdays. We also require a contact telephone number so that if there is a delivery query the courier can contact you directly. If in the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it arrives. For all our deliveries a signature will be required unless otherwise stated. 

Free Delivery

For a limited time only we are offering free delivery on all products. This will be the standard delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 days.

Returns

In the unlikely event that a order arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return or exchange it, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the order on: 01543 414400 Monday – Friday 10am to 5pm or by email at: sales@moochkids.com A full refund or exchange will only be given when we have received the returned goods. Items must be undamaged and unused and in the original packaging and returned within 14 days upon receipt of the goods. We can only credit a refund to the original purchaser's card. All Returns should be sent to; Mooch Kids, 2 Tudor Row, Lichfield, Staffordshire WS13 6HH With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, please note that we are not responsible for return postage. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the returns slip, as well as obtain a Certificate of Posting (as we cannot be responsible for orders that fail to reach us and suggest for your own protection you use First class registered post). Please note that large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers (the cost of this will be deducted from your refund) – simply call 01543 414400 during office hours and our team will be able to help you.
