3. Customer Orders

The display of any of our products on our website is not an offer to sell and we at Mooch Kids shall be under no obligation to supply goods until a contract is entered into through payment being accepted and the product specified in stock. To order goods from our Website you must be at least 18 years of age. If you place an order with us, this will be your agreement to place an order to purchase at the specified price. Upon receipt of your order we will e-mail an acknowledgment to you as soon as possible. Provided the goods are in stock, available at the specified price and your payment has been approved they will be dispatched within two working days. If the items are out of stock we will inform you by e-mail of the next expected delivery date. No other product will be sent instead without your consent. If you do not respond to our e-mail detailing the available items then the rest of your order will be processed and dispatched in the normal way.

On occasion, the prices payable and promotions offered in respect of goods advertised on the website may differ from those prices and promotions offered at the same time in-store. We are under no obligation to honour any in-store price or promotion in the event that they differ from those on the website. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

All prices on this site are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment can be made securely online. We use the industry leading payment company Sagepay to protect you card details and protect us from fraud. All on line payments will be subject to validation checks by the card issuer and processed using a secure server. For security purposes no card details are retained by Mooch Kids but go straight to the bank processing the transaction when you make your purchase. If you wish to pay by another method please contact us by using the contact page and we will try to oblige. At this time we can only trade in the UK, using pounds sterling.
